What you will do

• Work with team members and customers to build the business requirements into a functioning hirify.global application.
• Understand business requirements translated from the customer by the lead Architect.
• Build the corresponding hirify.global applications following the overall design architecture.
• Support the team during the UAT phase.
• Integrate source software and migration solutions (connectors & APIs).
• Learn from these experiences to get better at similar situations in the future.

Requirements

• Exceptionally skilled in building complex systems while keeping the view of the reasons for building them.
• A great learner, especially of new domains; understand what you are building.
• Ability to take in multiple requests and information yet know when to focus to deliver deep work, your priority.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product.
• Fluent English and French or additional European languages is an advantage.
• Master’s degree or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
