What you will do

• Design and develop scalable React Native applications for iOS and Android.
• Build reusable, maintainable components following modern mobile development standards.
• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into polished mobile experiences.
• Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
• Champion the adoption of AI-assisted tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to improve workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on React Native development experience.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Experience publishing and maintaining production applications on iOS and Android.
• Excellent written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Experience with native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin).
• Background in fintech, HR SaaS, or workforce management platforms.
• Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines for mobile.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks like Jest or Detox.
