QA Analyst (SailPoint)

Location: Must be based in Detroit, MI (Hybrid: Onsite Tuesday–Thursday).

What you will do

• Serve as the QA subject matter expert for SailPoint IAM solutions.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts based on functional requirements.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, role management, and certifications.
• Document, prioritize, and track software defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to troubleshoot issues and verify resolutions.

Requirements

• Expert-level experience with SailPoint Identity & Access Management required.
• Minimum of 4 years of IT experience with a strong emphasis on QA and software testing.
• Hands-on experience with HP Quality Center (HPQC/ALM) for test management.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including RBAC, SoD, and identity lifecycle management.
• Ability to work collaboratively within Agile and Waterfall project environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
