What you will do

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases to verify software functionality.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution.
• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and comprehensive testing documentation.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders during requirements reviews.
• Monitor software quality and ensure adherence to established QA standards and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality assurance principles.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Denver, CO.

Nice to have

• Experience with manual software testing and defect tracking systems.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, or scripting languages.
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience testing enterprise software applications.
