What you will do

• Lead the development of policy positions across the APAC region to support company-wide strategy.
• Engage directly with key policymakers and regulators, including MAS and other government bodies.
• Monitor, analyze, and provide internal advice on legislative and regulatory developments.
• Collaborate with regulatory, compliance, communications, product, and engineering teams.
• Represent the company externally through trade associations and industry forums.

Requirements

• 5–9 years of hands-on experience with financial services policy and regulation in APAC.
• Existing network in Singapore and ideally across the wider region.
• Understanding of digital policy frameworks, including digital assets, payments, and stablecoins.
• Ability to operate across diverse regulatory cultures and willingness to travel within the region.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a team-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with public consultations and international standard setters like FATF or IOSCO.
• Knowledge of AML, cyber, or other financial services policy frameworks.
• Exposure to regulatory environments in Australia, the Middle East, or Central Asia.
• Regional language skills.
