What you will do

• Build and maintain a structured coverage program for sell-side research analysts covering crypto and digital assets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the sell-side analyst community.
• Author institutional-grade research content including white papers, tokenomics explainers, and deep-dives.
• Translate complex protocol mechanics and on-chain data into clear narratives for institutional allocators.
• Collaborate with internal product, economics, and legal teams to ensure consistent public positioning.
• Support broader institutional strategy by engaging directly with accredited audiences and securing media placements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, institutional research, investment banking, or equity sales.
• Demonstrated experience engaging directly with sell-side equity research analysts.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a portfolio of institutional-grade content.
• Deep understanding of institutional investment decision-making and sell-side research influence.
• Genuine fluency in digital assets, blockchain technology, and token economics.
• Must be based in the U.S. with the ability to overlap working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a sell-side equity research analyst covering fintech or digital assets.
• Experience at a crypto-native company or strong knowledge of DeFi.
• CFA or equivalent financial credentials.
