What you will do

• Transform the EMEA client onboarding journey from a fragmented process into a structured, transparent, and data-driven experience.
• Support the target operating model and improve the front-to-back onboarding experience across functions.
• Drive adoption of AI tools and automated workflows across regional operations teams.
• Design AI interaction flows and agent-assist tools for document processing, case triage, entity data extraction, and automated client communications.
• Review legal agreements and organizational documentation for new and existing clients while maintaining KYC standards.
• Diagnose bottlenecks, establish SLAs, use predictive analytics, and build a high-performing transformation and business analysis team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in a strongly regulated environment, including AML/KYC operations.
• Experience managing projects and leading teams across multiple locations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience simplifying processes and controls, with business intelligence or transformation experience.
• Ability to manage high volumes, competing priorities, and collaboration with global teams under pressure.
