TL;DR

DR Governance Program Lead (EU Agency Project) (Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity): Coordinating ICT disaster recovery governance, planning, testing, reporting, and remediation for critical enterprise systems with an accent on operational readiness, resilience coordination, and regulated European agency services. Focus on translating business continuity and business impact analysis requirements into structured DR activities, maintaining evidence and action dashboards, and coordinating infrastructure, operations, applications, security, and vendors.

Location: Mostly remote, with occasional visits to the client's headquarters in Warsaw, Poland.

Salary: Up to 190 PLN net per hour under a B2B contract.

What you will do

Coordinate the ICT disaster recovery workstream within the Data Centre Team.
Define, review, and continuously maintain ICT disaster recovery plans for in-scope services.
Coordinate disaster recovery planning, testing cycles, reporting, and remediation tracking.
Maintain dashboards covering disaster recovery readiness, evidence status, and action items.
Act as the primary coordination point between disaster recovery activities, Business Continuity Management, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional IT experience in operations, infrastructure coordination, resilience, or service governance.
At least 3 years of specialized experience in disaster recovery, business continuity support, resilience coordination, or service recovery governance.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Level 6 qualification.
English at B2 level.
ITIL 4 Foundation or equivalent, plus at least one recognized Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery certification such as CBCI, DRI ABCP/CBCP, or ISO 22301 Lead Implementer.
Willingness and eligibility to undergo security screening within the first 45 days for CONFIDENTIEL UE/EU CONFIDENTIAL clearance.

Nice to have

Existing valid security clearance.
