Location: Hybrid (Vilnius; Spain)

Salary: €3,300/month (gross), discussed individually

What you will do

• Write and shape client stories and thought leadership content from first source contact to published piece.
• Find original angles for topics and improve stories beyond the first obvious angle.
• Challenge weak briefs and ensure product mentions are earned by the narrative.
• Collaborate with Blog and Tutorials teams plus SEO to align on voice, format, and performance goals.
• Use reporting and interviewing skills to source strong quotes and ask uncomfortable questions.

Requirements

• Professional writing experience, ideally with a journalism background (staff writer, reporter, or feature writer).
• Strong interviewing skills to get honest answers from sources.
• Excellent narrative structure and ability to identify a story’s shape before writing.
• Comfort writing for a tech or SaaS audience without dry jargon or hype.
• English: Native or C1+ required

Nice to have

• Experience writing client stories or case studies.
• Interest in how content performs after publication (not only how it reads).
