What you will do

• Define and own the localization strategy, quality standards, and final sign-off for all Arabic content across titles.
• Develop and enforce glossaries, style guides, and cultural content policies for the Arabic market.
• Review and edit in-game text, UI, and scripts for tone, fluency, and cultural relevance.
• Lead VO production, including casting, script review, and directing creative sessions.
• Collaborate with LQA, marketing, and development teams to ensure global alignment and compliance with regional age ratings.
• Mentor junior linguists and external vendors while implementing process improvements to optimize quality and turnaround time.

Requirements

• Professional localization experience in the games, tech, or entertainment industries.
• Native fluency in Arabic with a deep mastery of regional nuances and grammar.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) for representing language decisions across global teams.
• Strong knowledge of the regional gaming landscape, pop culture, and major gaming IPs.
• Experience with localization tools such as CAT tools, translation memory systems, JIRA, and CMS.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with VO scripting, dubbing production, and linguistic performance direction.
• Bachelor's degree in translation, linguistics, media, or a related field.
