What you will do

• Own the content roadmap aligned with product strategy, user behavior insights, and quarterly priorities.
• Partner with Product Managers to integrate onboarding, coaching journeys, and habit-formation content.
• Produce hands-on high-quality content including in-app articles, videos, scripts, and guides.
• Build and lead a content function utilizing AI-first workflows and production tools.
• Define KPIs, build dashboards, and conduct structured content A/B tests to optimize performance.
• Ensure all content is inclusive, compliant, and grounded in behavioral science best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy and production, with 1-3+ years leading a content team.
• Proven experience developing content roadmaps tied to product metrics like activation and retention.
• Hands-on experience in advanced video/visual editing and AI-powered content workflows.
• Strong UX writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple digital formats.
• Strong analytical skills for KPI setting and data-driven optimization.
• Must be based in one of the listed supported countries (Poland, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, Portugal, Serbia, or Spain).
