What you will do

• Own daily settlement and trading operations for crypto and fiat movements, including deposits, withdrawals, and sweeps.
• Perform multi-way reconciliations across internal ledgers, bank statements, and partner files to resolve discrepancies.
• Manage the end-to-end trade lifecycle from execution to settlement and handle exceptions safely.
• Analyze failed transfers and mismatched balances using SQL and distributed transaction logs.
• Develop Python scripts to automate reconciliations, liquidations, and recurring operational tasks.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to stress-test new features and asset listings in lower environments.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in financial operations, settlement, or technical back-office roles.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and REST API integration.
• Strong SQL skills, including CTEs, window functions, and multi-table joins.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for coding and documentation.
• Fluency with APIs and experience using tools like Postman against production systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
