Product Compliance Counsel (AI)

What you will do

• Review and approve product specifications and user journeys for websites and mobile apps to assess compliance risks.
• Audit marketing materials and advise teams on advertising laws, consumer protection, and promotional claims.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in EU and US jurisdictions and support the implementation of required changes.
• Manage sanctions-related regulatory developments and internal sanctions controls.
• Oversee AI compliance, including risk assessments and AI governance controls for AI-enabled features and integrations.
• Develop and maintain internal compliance guidance, playbooks, and onboarding materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law.
• Deep knowledge of consumer protection, marketing, and advertising laws in the EU and USA.
• Experience with EU/US digital legislation and AI governance.
• Strong understanding of Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines.
• English: B2+ communication skills required.
