What you will do

• Define, assess, and prioritize modernization roadmaps while managing cost and risk.
• Design innovative software frameworks, system interfaces, and business application prototypes.
• Provide technical leadership to application development teams, including design and code reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure architecture alignment with business requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation for software architecture, component integration, and testing guidelines.

Requirements

• Architectural experience in large-scale customer change and transformation projects.
• In-depth knowledge of hardware and software, including connectivity between platforms.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• The Open Group - Master Certified Architect (or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience in mainframe environments (Modernize On, Integrate With, Move Off).
• Strong understanding of z/OS and IBM Software Products as well as 3rd party mainframe software.
