What you will do

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland, Romania, Spain, Portugal, or Bulgaria.
• Extensive experience as a Data Architect or Lead Data Engineer.
• Deep expertise in the Microsoft Data Stack (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Power BI).
• Strong experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT pipeline design.
• Ability to analyze and structure commercial metrics like win/loss and pipeline velocity.
• English: B2+ required.
