What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines and ML models using the Databricks platform.
• Own the full MLOps lifecycle, including experiment tracking, model registry, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Develop predictive models and analytics for securities lending, client behavior, market dynamics, and risk.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate commercial questions into data problems and actionable decisions.
• Manage data quality, lineage, and governance within Unity Catalog and Delta Lake frameworks.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows to ensure reliable production delivery.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in data science or a closely related role.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Databricks ecosystem (Delta Lake, MLflow, Unity Catalog, Workflows).
• Demonstrated experience owning the full MLOps lifecycle from experiment tracking to drift detection and retraining.
• Proven track record of taking models from development to production and maintaining their health.
• Proficiency across the full stack: data engineering, feature engineering, and model operationalization.
• Strong communication skills for engaging both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Proven experience in financial services, such as securities, capital markets, or wealth management.
• Experience developing differential pricing models.
