What you will do
- Lead the research, design, and development of new AI technologies for personalization.
- Adopt or invent new machine learning and analytical techniques in the realm of recommendations and large language models.
- Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product partners locally and abroad.
- Invent, experiment with, and launch new features, products and systems.
Requirements
- PhD in CS/EE or related field.
- 5+ years of applied research experience post PhD, building and launching deep learning/machine learning models for business applications.
- Strong CS foundations (data structures and algorithms).
- Excellent coding and design skills, proficiency with programming languages such as Java or Python.
- Several publications at top-tier peer-reviewed research conferences or journals.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with leading and defining research and development practices in an applied science environment.
- Experience with Information Retrieval, Recommender Systems and/or Personalization algorithms.
- Publications at top Recommender Systems, Machine Learning, and/or Natural Language Processing conferences such as KDD, ICML, NeurIPS, ACL, EMNLP.
- Service as a Program Committee member in top-tier conferences.
