What you will do

• Design and develop robust Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms for complex vision challenges.
• Create Proof of Concepts (PoC) and transition research-grade ideas into scalable, production-ready systems.
• Evaluate, benchmark, and profile algorithms using large-scale proprietary datasets.
• Implement data-centric AI methodologies, including active learning and data curation.
• Collaborate with MLOps and hardware teams to optimize models for real-time inference on Edge/Cloud devices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience in developing and deploying Deep Learning algorithms in production.
• Hands-on experience with major Vision problems: Detection, Classification, and Segmentation.
• Deep theoretical understanding of CNNs, Vision Transformers (ViTs), Diffusion, or Generative AI for Vision.
• Proficiency in Python; knowledge of C/C++ is an advantage.
• Experience with major Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is a strong advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D Perception, Anomaly Detection, or Multi-View Geometry.
• Experience with Tracking, Identification, Image Retrieval, Pose Estimation, OCR, or Image Registration.
