What you will do
- Design and develop REST APIs, integration components, and event-driven workflows.
- Build scalable backend solutions to improve system reliability and maintainability across distributed environments.
- Optimize integrations with external governmental systems using resilience patterns like circuit breakers and retries.
- Implement authentication and authorization capabilities based on OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
- Develop efficient data access layers and caching strategies using Redis and PostgreSQL.
- Enhance system observability through monitoring, logging, and tracing using OpenTelemetry and cloud-native tooling.
Requirements
- 3+ years of production experience with Java 21/25, Spring Boot 3/4, Spring Security, and Maven.
- Strong experience designing scalable REST APIs, including versioning and rate-limiting strategies.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL and caching solutions such as Redis.
- Experience with Azure services (AKS, API Management, Key Vault) and Kubernetes environments.
- Understanding of GitOps workflows and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level with strong communication skills.
