What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sprint goals and participate in roadmap design and execution.
• Implement horizontal scalability to enable the platform to handle 10k+ RPS.
• Build low-latency event-driven architectures and design relational and NoSQL database solutions.
• Implement data partitioning patterns and design RESTful APIs.
• Maintain 90% test coverage and implement load testing.
• Manage production metrics monitoring and participate in on-call activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Java backend development experience.
• Proven experience in architecture design and RESTful API development.
• Proficiency with the Spring Boot ecosystem and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra, DynamoDB, Redshift, Bigtable, BigQuery).
• Hands-on experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus and performance optimization.
