What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of research scientists and engineers focused on GenAI research initiatives.
• Define and drive a multi-year research roadmap, identifying key scientific questions and setting milestones.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and external partners to translate research into actionable outcomes.
• Publish research in top-tier venues and represent the team at global conferences and through open-source contributions.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing research culture and attract top-tier talent to the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on research experience in machine learning, deep learning, generative models, or RL systems (PhD preferred).
• Strong track record of publications in top-tier ML/AI venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, or ACL.
• Experience leading or managing research teams, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (based on US legal and labor compliance mentions).
