What you will do

• Lead the management of town planning and environmental consents for the Carbon Capture Pipeline project.
• Coordinate specialist consultant inputs for planning, environmental assessments, and consent submissions.
• Manage the preparation, submission, and ongoing compliance of the Development Consent Order (DCO).
• Act as the primary point of contact for local planning authorities, statutory consultees, and landowners.
• Maintain auditable records of all planning approvals and project correspondence.
• Integrate planning and consent requirements into the project program and design to manage risks.

Requirements

• Background in major project consenting.
• Experience with NSIPs, DCO projects, or large linear infrastructure schemes is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the UK planning system and environmental consenting processes.
• Proven ability to engage with statutory bodies and manage external consultant teams.
• Highly organized and proactive approach to working in complex project environments.
