What you will do

• Conduct asbestos surveys at client sites, including safe sampling of suspect materials.
• Assess asbestos risks and provide clear recommendations for removal or safe management.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of survey findings using internal software.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to resolve site-based issues and ensure timely reporting.
• Support quality assurance activities, including audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be a contractor operating through a limited company.
• Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to various sites.
• Certification in asbestos surveying (e.g., BOHS P402).
• Proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor.
• Strong knowledge of asbestos-related legislation and regulations.
• Proficiency in survey software and Microsoft Office.
