What you will do

• Visit residential, commercial, and industrial properties to carry out site and contractor inspections.
• Perform general housekeeping, stock control, and document control for legal compliance in Energy Centres and substations.
• Create asset lists and work orders using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Support underground civils works, including deep excavations, trench support, and reinstatement.
• Set up safe working sites in live traffic areas including fencing, barriers, and signage.
• Oversee 3rd party contractors onsite to ensure full compliance.

Requirements

• Valid full UK driving license.
• NRSWA full operative card.
• Proven civils and excavation experience, including working in underground environments.
• Ability to use Microsoft Visio.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel across Heat Network sites and work in various weather conditions.

Nice to have

• Experience or qualifications in an engineering discipline (electrical, mechanical, or civil).
