What you will do

• Develop and execute the global strategic marketing roadmap for the Dairy sector in alignment with business objectives.
• Identify market trends and customer needs using VOC and Blueprinting to support long-term growth.
• Lead market segmentation, portfolio positioning, and value proposition development across global markets.
• Collaborate with commercial, R&D, and regional leadership to translate strategy into execution.
• Drive innovation initiatives and manage product launches throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Support strategic business development and M&A strategies, including expansion into adjacent markets.

Requirements

• Approximately 10 years of experience in strategic marketing, product management, or business development in a B2B industrial environment.
• Proven experience in regional or global roles within multinational organizations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Must be located in or able to work from Utrecht, Netherlands.
