What you will do

• Transform customer insights, market research, and performance data into actionable creative hypotheses.
• Leverage AI to rethink and optimize the entire creative production system.
• Collaborate with Design, User Acquisition, Growth, and Product teams to launch and scale new concepts.
• Analyze ad performance beyond standard metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Explore and test new formats, angles, and narratives to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Proven experience in performance marketing and creative strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think in systems rather than individual assets.
• Deep familiarity with AI tools for research, writing, and decision-making.
