What you will do
- Lead annual operating planning and forecasting processes for the Japan market.
- Drive detailed revenue, profitability, and cash flow analysis to support management.
- Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs to deliver actionable business insights.
- Act as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership to identify opportunities and risks.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals.
- Collaborate with global and regional finance leaders to drive transformation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
- Significant leadership experience within FP&A functions.
- Proven experience working within multinational organizations.
- Strong people management and executive-level stakeholder management capabilities.
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese.
- Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
Nice to have
- Previous experience as a Controller, Finance Director, or Head of FP&A.
- MBA and/or CPA qualification.
- Change management experience.
- Experience within Technology Services, Consulting, or Professional Services industries.
