What you will do

• Develop and implement global VM concepts, standards, and seasonal campaigns to ensure consistent brand presentation.
• Enhance the customer journey through window displays, retail activations, and shop-in-shop experiences.
• Lead, coach, and inspire the Global Visual Merchandising team to foster creativity and professional growth.
• Analyze retail performance and market trends to evolve VM standards and introduce innovative practices.
• Manage global projects from concept to execution, including store openings, pop-ups, and refurbishments.
• Coordinate the development and sourcing of display solutions and tools in collaboration with Procurement and Architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Architecture, or Marketing.
• Extensive experience in Visual Merchandising within international premium, luxury, or lifestyle retail.
• Proven experience leading international teams and delivering cross-functional projects across multiple markets.
• Expertise in luxury retail standards, customer experience, and supplier management.
• Fluent English skills are required.
• Must be located in or able to work from Bayreuth, Germany.
