What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the SEO team, setting daily priorities and driving measurable organic impact.
• Define and implement the SEO roadmap in collaboration with the Head of Web Growth & CRM and P&D.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Editorial teams to implement scalable SEO improvements.
• Solve complex technical SEO challenges regarding crawling, indexing, rendering, and site architecture for millions of URLs.
• Optimize key page types and identify growth opportunities within AI-driven search environments.
• Monitor search trends and Google updates to keep the SEO strategy future-proof.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on SEO experience, specifically with large-scale platforms.
• Proven experience in people management, mentoring, or cross-team coordination.
• Deep technical SEO expertise including JavaScript, structured data, and page speed optimization.
• Strong understanding of programmatic, local, and content SEO strategies.
• English: Fluent proficiency (C1) required.
• Location: Ability to work on-site in Berlin for at least 80% of weekly working hours.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German and/or French.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Python, or data visualization tools.
• Experience with log file analysis.
