What you will do

• Design and build elegant, scalable systems for equity management and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to develop industry-leading automation.
• Participate in architecture discussions regarding scaling workflows, data models, and integrations.
• Take ownership of key features and improvements within your team's domain.
• Mentor other engineers and share expertise in automation and scalability.
• Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews and robust testing.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable TypeScript code.
• Experience with React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Ability to thrive in collaborative environments and participate in pair programming.
• Strong interest in tackling complex financial data transformations and compliance requirements.
• Must be based in or able to work from London or Zurich (hybrid).
