HSE Team Leader (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead the development and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Ensure full compliance with ADOSH and UAE regulatory requirements for aerospace manufacturing.
• Oversee operational safety, including chemical storage, permit-to-work systems, and HAZID assessments.
• Lead hazard identification, risk assessments (HIRA), and root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents.
• Plan and conduct internal and external HSE audits and liaise with regulatory authorities.
• Deliver HSE training programs and mentor team members to drive a proactive safety culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience, with at least 5 years in aerospace, defence, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ADOSH and UAE HSE regulations.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate.
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification.
• ADOSH Practitioner Certification (Grade A or above).

Nice to have

• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification.
• Extensive experience in aerospace or defence environments.
