Location: Hybrid role based on site in Cork, Ireland (2/3 days a week)

What you will do

• Lead the design, architecture, and continuous optimization of the enterprise revenue management ecosystem.
• Partner with Finance and RevOps to gather requirements for complex subscription models and hybrid pricing.
• Architect ASC 606/IFRS 15-compliant revenue recognition frameworks and billing solutions.
• Perform hands-on configuration of platforms such as Zuora, Stripe, Salesforce RCB, or RightRev.
• Define integration points between billing platforms, CRMs, ERPs, and tax engines.
• Collaborate with IT Value Squads within an Agile framework to manage and validate product backlogs.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of overall IT experience, with 3–4+ years focused on revenue management, subscription billing, or financial systems.
• Proven track record of driving ASC 606/IFRS 15 compliance and recurring revenue operations.
• Hands-on expertise in at least one of the following: Zuora, Stripe Billing, Salesforce RCB, or RightRev.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and Salesforce CRM/CPQ.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or Computer Science.
• Ability to present complex financial concepts to C-suite and Finance leadership.
