What you will do

• Design AWS-based agentic AI platforms, focusing on orchestration, RAG, memory, and guardrails.
• Lead technical governance, design standards, and manage non-functional requirements (NFRs) and technical debt.
• Facilitate technical discovery workshops and build relationships with senior stakeholders to drive account growth.
• Provide hands-on technical ownership through code reviews, solution proving, and API design.
• Mentor engineering teams and architects to raise the overall technical bar.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from London, UK.
• Deep expertise in designing resilient, high-availability enterprise applications on AWS using serverless patterns.
• Proven experience building agentic AI platforms (e.g., Bedrock, RAG) and awareness of Agentic Commerce standards.
• Strong software engineering background, ideally in TypeScript or JavaScript, with robust API design skills.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in digital agencies or consultancies leading development teams and guiding clients.

Nice to have

• AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Specialty certifications (Security, Data/ML).
• Familiarity with the C4 model and Diagrams-as-code.
• Experience with headless architectures and practical LLM application in enterprises.
