What you will do

• Own the delivery of the LRACCS Operating Plan, translating strategic outcomes into measurable business change.
• Lead Legal Operations, establishing standards, processes, and governance for data-driven service delivery.
• Drive AI transformation by embedding AI into operational workflows and building workforce capability.
• Establish and optimise a single Digital Front Door for effective demand triage and AI-supported delivery.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and sequencing across multiple workstreams to ensure successful implementation.
• Use performance data and insights to drive continuous improvement and sustain operational outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience delivering AI-led transformation outcomes end-to-end, from strategy to operational reality.
• Ability to lead complex change delivery across multiple workstreams within time, cost, and quality constraints.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to drive accountability and embed AI-enabled ways of working.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office 3 days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated, risk-sensitive environments with strict governance and compliance requirements.
• Track record of scaling technology-enabled transformations (automation, AI) from pilot to full adoption.
• Experience in operating model and service transformation, including workforce and process redesign.
• Experience leading delivery across global, offshore, and matrixed organisations.
