Salary: £51,600 – £75,500

What you will do

• Lead the planning and delivery function to ensure organizational priorities are translated into achievable plans.
• Own and maintain the organizational delivery roadmap, aligning projects and resources with strategic objectives.
• Provide oversight of delivery performance, reporting progress, risks, and dependencies to the Executive Team.
• Drive prioritization and organizational alignment to resolve competing demands and optimize capacity.
• Establish and embed robust programme, project, and governance frameworks to improve accountability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to remove barriers and streamline ways of working.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a PMO, portfolio, programme delivery, or planning function.
• Demonstrable success managing complex delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience translating strategic priorities into coherent plans and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leadership.
• Understanding of reporting and performance tracking.

Nice to have

• Experience working within the charity, public sector, or a purpose-led organization.
• Recognized programme or project management qualification (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2, Agile, PMP).
• Experience leading organizational transformation or business improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of resource planning and workforce capacity management.
