What you will do

• Manage overall commercial performance, including P&L, forecasting, and budgeting to achieve financial objectives.
• Define and maintain the long-term product vision and strategic roadmap for player retention and sustainable growth.
• Provide strategic leadership across multiple execution tracks, aligning LiveOps initiatives with business goals.
• Partner with project and product managers to validate roadmap feasibility and optimize resource allocation.
• Drive data-informed decisions using player behavior metrics, cohort analysis, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to establish success metrics and improve processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the mobile F2P gaming industry.
• Proven success in managing live operations and scaling successful mobile games.
• Demonstrated experience owning product strategy, commercial performance, and monetization initiatives.
• Expertise in Agile product development, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management.
• Advanced analytical skills for interpreting player data and business metrics.
• Must be based in the United States.
