What you will do

• Execute the product vision and roadmap for core platform capabilities, API design, and system integrations across the B2B customer base.
• Align roadmap priorities with engineering capacity, business objectives, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects and Lead Developers to evolve the PAM platform architecture for scalability and reliability.
• Write clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation for the development team.
• Triage complex technical issues and integration bugs between the core platform and third-party providers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in the iGaming back-end services area.
• Technical background with a strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and integrations.
• Experience managing highly technical backlogs, including technical debt and API versioning using Agile (JIRA, Confluence).
• Ability to manage dependencies between platform, product, compliance, and operations stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical details into clear requirements and executive-level updates.
• Understanding of user segmentation, bonus mechanics, and player lifecycle strategies.

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to or reviewing system design and architecture documentation.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements across iGaming jurisdictions (e.g., UKGC, MGA, GLI, US state-level).
