What you will do

• Define the long-term product roadmap in partnership with game leadership to align with aggressive commercial targets.
• Drive a high-performance Live Operations strategy focused on maximizing LTV and ARPU through continuous event and offer optimization.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new monetization systems, from conceptual design to post-launch optimization.
• Lead hypothesis-driven development by overseeing A/B testing, deep-dive data analysis, and KPI forecasting.
• Mentor junior Product Managers and foster a culture of excellence within the product team.
• Serve as the primary business voice for the game to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry.
• Expertise in revenue strategy, monetization, and Live Ops.
• Strong capability in data analysis, A/B testing, and KPI forecasting.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model based in Barcelona, Spain.
