Senior Product Manager (Gamedev)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work model with an office location in Barcelona.

What you will do

• Define the long-term product roadmap with the Game Manager, Design, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Drive the Live Operations strategy across data-driven growth and operational efficiency.
• Optimize events and offers to improve player lifetime value and average revenue per user.
• Own the lifecycle of new monetization systems from concept and launch through post-launch optimization.
• Lead A/B testing, deep-dive data analysis, and KPI forecasting to support business decisions.
• Represent Asphalt Legends to internal and external stakeholders while mentoring junior product managers.

Requirements

• Senior-level product management experience in game development and live operations.
• Experience with monetization systems, revenue strategy, and product lifecycle management.
• Ability to use data analysis, A/B testing, and KPI forecasting to guide decisions.
• Experience collaborating with game leadership, design, marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from the Barcelona office.
