What you will do

• Manage daily compliance projects and product operations for Simple Earn, Staking, On-Chain Yields, and Loans.
• Track regulatory project timelines and deliverables end-to-end across various jurisdictions.
• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), compliance trackers, and status reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Product, Engineering, and regional leads.
• Monitor regulatory developments and product configuration changes, proactively flagging risks.
• Support the Earn Growth agenda by embedding compliance requirements into market openings and product launches.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship or entry-level) in project management.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency required.
• Preference for candidates based in Asia time zone (UTC+8 ±2).
• Strong interest in crypto, DeFi, and Web3 regulation.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
• Proven ability to track multiple concurrent projects and manage stakeholders independently.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to regulatory frameworks such as MiCA/EU, ADGM/FSRA, UK FCA, HK SFC, PH SEC, or Japan FSA.
