Sr. FAE - Auto (Automotive)

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with engineering leaders at targeted automotive customers and understand current and future technical needs.
• Increase the design-win funnel through strong engineering execution and project support.
• Provide technical deep-dives, hands-on training, issue analysis, and practical solutions for customer engineers.
• Assess technical feasibility, timelines, risks, and execution proposals for customer-specific projects.
• Coordinate priorities and resolve technical and business issues using strong project management and interpersonal skills.
• Connect segment and business-line marketing, systems engineering, software R&D, regional sales, business development, FAEs, and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with semiconductor products in product applications, systems engineering, field applications engineering, or a similar technical role.
• 5+ years of experience working in teams and building high-performing customer-facing engineering teams.
• Expert understanding of automotive customer applications and business challenges.
• Experience with project management, customer presentations, technical communication, and issue resolution.
• Strong customer-facing, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• MCU firmware development and Classic or Adaptive AUTOSAR.
• Bootloader, CAN gateway, ARM A-Core application processors, Linux kernel and device drivers.
• Security, hypervisor, AI, fastboot, and Ethernet switch technologies.
• Advanced degree.
