What you will do

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key engineering leaders at target customers to increase the design win funnel.
• Provide technical deep-dives, hands-on training, and detailed issue analysis for customer engineers.
• Assess the technical feasibility of customer projects and provide realistic solutions, timelines, and risk assessments.
• Manage project priorities and solve technical or business challenges based on current and future customer needs.
• Coordinate between segment marketing, systems engineering, software R&D, regional sales, and customers.
• Collaborate with Business Line marketing and regional sales to execute projects on time with quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Control, or Computer Engineering (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience with semiconductor products in product applications, systems engineering, or FAE roles.
• 5+ years of experience working in teams with a demonstrated ability to build high-performing customer-facing engineering teams.
• Expert-level understanding of automotive customer applications and associated business challenges.
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer-facing, presentation, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with MCU firmware development and Classic/Adaptive Autosar.
• Knowledge of Bootloaders, CAN gateway, and ARM A-Core based Application Processors.
• Proficiency with Linux OS/kernel/device drivers, security, and hypervisors.
• Experience with AI, fastboot, and Ethernet switches.
