Principal Engineer (Fullstack)

Location: Must be an Australian resident; hybrid work model requiring presence in the office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Lead hands-on development of full-stack applications across the frontend, API layer, and security components.
• Build and optimize high-performance user interfaces using React.
• Develop robust backend services using Node.js, JVM-based technologies, or Python.
• Architect and manage Azure Cloud deployment pipelines and Kubernetes services.
• Integrate AI development tools such as Codex, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot into the engineering lifecycle.
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies using Playwright and ensure API documentation via Swagger.

Requirements

• Must be an Australian resident.
• 7+ years of professional experience in Node.js, JVM-based technologies, or Python.
• Strong expertise in React and full-stack architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and Azure Kubernetes Services.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Willingness to work from the office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning integration.
