What you will do

• Plan and ship end-to-end features from data models to user interfaces using AI agents as primary development tools.
• Refine judgment regarding AI output to identify hallucinations, incorrect state assumptions, and security flaws.
• Contribute to the platform's architecture and design to improve AI direction and system reliability.
• Build and maintain guardrails, including testing strategies and verification discipline.
• Collaborate across product, design, and data science teams to define what to build.

Requirements

• Proven ability to ship projects using AI-native workflows and tools.
• Strong product sense and ability to reason about the purpose behind feature implementation.
• High speed of learning and intellectual honesty.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Sydney, Melbourne, or New York
