What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable backend services in Go for workflow orchestration and third-party integrations.
• Build and refine performant frontend features using TypeScript and React.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to shape product direction and ensure technical feasibility.
• Define clear API contracts and system interfaces between frontend and backend.
• Drive architecture and design discussions to maintain a cohesive and scalable codebase.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working across the stack in a modern engineering environment.
• Proficiency in Go or another strongly typed language.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern React architecture.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL interfaces.
• Strong system design skills, specifically with distributed workflows.
• Must be based in Melbourne, Australia for hybrid work.
