What you will do

• Conduct literature reviews and evaluate clinical evidence to keep Care Plan Guides and Care Plans current.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable clinical content using a systematic evidence review methodology.
• Collaborate with informatics, product, and customer success teams to ensure content accuracy and usability.
• Partner with HIT vendors (e.g., Epic) to support the integration of clinical content into clinician workflows.
• Monitor clinical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and NCQA standards to incorporate necessary updates.
• Integrate the use of AI into clinical editorial workflow processes.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) credentials and a current Care Management Certification.
• Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of clinical Outpatient Care Management experience.
• Experience in literature search, synthesis, and integration into practice.
• Ability to work full-time during business hours in Eastern or Central time zones.
• Understanding of EHR documentation workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge and experience with NCQA Accreditation.
