What you will do

• Copyedit and fact-check materials for consistency and conformance with AMA and client style guidelines.
• Proofread layout materials to ensure exact match with approved copy and consistent formatting.
• Edit various materials including print newsletters, emails, websites, banner ads, and videos.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain high quality and meet established timelines.
• Identify copyrighted material and process permission requests for reproduction.
• Create and maintain brand style guides and incorporate feedback from legal, medical, and regulatory reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a relevant field of study.
• Prior editorial experience, specifically in copyediting or proofreading.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong time management, prioritizing, and research skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work from the New Hope office Tuesday-Thursday during the 3-month training period.
