What you will do

• Manage cybersecurity operations including incident response, threat identification, containment, and root-cause analysis.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex security, cloud, identity, endpoint, and network issues.
• Administer privileged access and identity controls including Conditional Access, MFA, and PIM.
• Maintain Cisco Meraki environment including firewalls, switches, and VLAN segmentation.
• Perform vulnerability and configuration management using Tenable and Microsoft Defender.
• Lead AvePoint backup and recovery for Microsoft 365 GCC High.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, cloud security, or infrastructure engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft GCC High, Azure Government, or DoD cloud environments.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Sentinel, Defender XDR, Entra ID, Intune, Purview, KQL, and PowerShell.
• US Citizenship required for clearance purposes.

Nice to have

• Certifications: Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Security Operations Analyst Associate, or Azure Security Engineer Associate.
• Advanced Cisco networking experience or CCNP Enterprise / Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist certification.
• Experience leading security automation in regulated Microsoft Government cloud environments.
