What you will do

• Design and develop complete visual identities, including logos, color palettes, typography, iconography, and photography direction.
• Create comprehensive brand books and design guidelines to ensure consistent implementation across all channels.
• Build scalable and cohesive brand systems that support long-term growth and adaptability.
• Present and justify creative decisions to stakeholders, linking design solutions to business objectives.
• Collaborate with brand strategists to translate business strategies and creative briefs into compelling visual concepts.
• Prepare production-ready design files and ensure smooth handovers to internal teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in brand design or visual identity.
• Strong portfolio showcasing logos, branding systems, and brand guidelines.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience using AI-powered design tools for concept generation and creative exploration.
• Deep understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Must be based in Germany.
