What you will do

• Develop cohesive, high-quality brand design solutions to support growth and recognition across Northern, Southern, and Central Europe.
• Create visual assets for diverse channels including email, social, web, print, events, video, and basic animation.
• Act as a brand steward, ensuring all creative output aligns with the global visual identity and elevates the brand.
• Collaborate with AMER-based creative teams, writers, and local EMEA agencies to bring concepts to life.
• Iterate and optimize creative assets based on performance results and current B2B marketing trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in advertising agencies, design studios, or in-house creative teams.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace.
• Strong online portfolio showcasing visual branding and campaign capabilities.
• Experience designing within a brand system and strictly adhering to guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with lightweight motion tools like Jitter or Canva.
• Ability to write copy.
• Experience working across multiple European markets or languages.
