Salary: $162,000 — $186,000 USD

What you will do

• Build and maintain the Airbnb Zero Trust ecosystem and corporate endpoint security infrastructure.
• Develop the next-generation client platform utilizing open-source products.
• Implement zero trust backend services, focusing on security services, network paths, and device signaling.
• Collaborate with product and security engineering teams to optimize endpoints for employees and partners.
• Lead technical projects and provide mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in test-driven software development.
• Extensive experience with Go (strongly preferred), Python, or Java.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code deployments.
• Experience developing and deploying services in a Kubernetes environment.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Must reside in a US state where Airbnb has a registered entity.
