Location: Remote (UK), with an expectation to meet in person 4-5 times a year for company events.

What you will do

• Audit existing AWS environments and design a modular, reusable Terraform codebase.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with automated security and policy scanning.
• Establish version control workflows and environment separation for dev, staging, and production.
• Build on-demand ephemeral environments for testing and QA.
• Embed compliance controls (ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus) into infrastructure modules.
• Provide hands-on training and workshops to the internal DevOps and infrastructure team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Proven hands-on Terraform experience at an enterprise level.
• Deep working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, ECS/EKS, Lambda).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and designing ephemeral environments.
• Scripting ability in Python or Bash.
• Experience with IaC security tools and embedding audit trails into workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and upskill engineering teams.
